I'm SO excited that Spitfire Audio has FINALLY released the latest addition to their Originals series: Epic Choir!
We have the strings, we have the winds, and brass, and percussion, and pads. Don't even get me started on all of the pianos! 😂
A good, inexpensive choir library is one section of the orchestra that a lot of us have been waiting for! I think that's what this Epic Choir accomplishes- it's the sweet spot between high quality library (50 member ensemble, recorded at AIR Studios) and affordable ($29, €29, £29)
Now I know that the Originals libraries are always $29...that's not what's surprising about this. But the fact that we have a FULL, BLOCKBUSTER worthy choir library that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars- that's what's so exciting about this release!
In the Spitfire Audio ecosystem of samples, choirs are usually either:
Premium, high ticket libraries (Eric Whitacre Choir)
FREE but limited libraries (LABS)
Part of a larger, overall package (Albion Solstice & LCO Textures)
Now we have a library that fits somewhere in the middle! 👏🏼
Spitfire is just a top player in this sample developer space, not only because they offer high quality libraries...but because they offer something for everyones budget!
