Let's talk chamber strings!
I'm SO excited to have partnered up with Soundiron to review their string library: Hyperion Strings Elements

After getting a chance to play around with these samples for a bit, it's just obvious that they've created a string library geared towards everyone! It could be perfect for both the absolute beginner or even a seasoned composer...and we really see that in all of the little details!
Hyperion Strings Elements is $99 (but you can save an additional 5% at checkout with my coupon code: RRMUSIC).Â
Fun fact: you can purchase any library and still use my coupon code at checkout!
At that price, you get a full chamber string ensemble that has:
8 violins
6 violas
5 cellos
4 double basses
Master presets with a range of long, short, and expressive articulations
True legato patches
On top of that, I think Soundiron does a great job at blending orchestral sounds with more sound design elements through their Effects and Space tabs. I'm just a big fan of this user interface because you have so much control at your fingertips! It's super accessible; super easy to use. And I think that's what I ultimately look for in any sample library!
